The Italian Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate is a sector of the International Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate, which boasts a presence rooted in Italy, with delegates for each region and sub-delegates for each province.
The Italian Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate was founded with the intention of collaborating with all existing associations, with wholesalers, professional schools, hotel schools, all professionals (no one excluded) who, like us, want to increasingly strengthen Made in Italy .

FIPGC has the aim of uniting in a capillary way all the existing realities in the area (schools, wholesalers, associations, companies in the pastry, gelato and chocolate sectors), to strengthen their collaboration and achieve the growth of the entire sector and of Made in Italy products. Italy.
The association’s aim is professional training, the organization of events, fairs, demonstrations, the promotion and development of the artisan sector typical of each region of Italy.
The FIP boasts the presence of a roll of honor called ‘Equipe of Italian Excellence in Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate’ made up of numerous members who have collected over 580 gold medals in international and world competitions.
Who can join and register with the Federation?
Pastry chefs, gelato makers, chocolatiers and chefs who operate within their own commercial activities (pastry shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants) with an in-depth knowledge of the sector and all the related problems;
Consultants who carry out activities related to companies in the sector, who are able to provide information on all the news relating to products and technological innovations on the market;
Vocational school teachers with the aim of keeping themselves constantly updated;
Vocational school students who aim for professional growth before entering the world of work;
Professional schools that want to direct their students to be present in events at a national and international level;
Wholesalers of raw materials and equipment who want to collaborate by making their spaces available for refresher courses.
