

The Chinese Team who will compete at The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC at Host Fiera Milan from 18 to 22 October 2019, has been decreed at Hotelex Fair in Shanghai.
The International jury: Roberto Lestani FIPGC President, Fabio Orlando FIPGC International Excellent Team, the Mof Jean-Francois Arnaud and the Mof Frank Michel , from Japan Isamu Nakamura and koichi Izumi and from England Rianydd Webb.
