The Championship the Best Panettone of the World is a competition established by the International Federation of Pastry Gelato Chocolate, to decree the Best Panettone in the world every year. There are 3 categories in which professionals can compete:
– Best Classic Panettone in the World
– Best Innovative Panettone in the World
– Best Decorated Panettone in the World.
The jury is made up of 5 judges all with proven ability and experience in the specific sector. In the Best Panettone in the World Championship after decreeing “The Best Panettone of the World”, is also awarded the Best Italian Panettone in the following categories: – Best Classic Italian Panettone – Best Innovative Italian Panettone – Best Decorated Italian Panettone. Currently the competition takes place in Rome.
