Dear Colleagues and Associates
Italian pastry-making and cuisine in general have long been a source of fascination across the world. This is an undeniable fact, from whatever religious, national or ethnic point of view. Everything comes from the heart, from the passion and dedication we bring each day to our sector. It is this indefinable something that unites us all and enables our personal and professional growth. We are a great family, which we come to as people rather than as master chefs, in which there is give and take, where experiences are shared and feelings conveyed; it is a family in which not problems, but solutions are explained.
It is my hope that you may all find in us a family of people who you can believe in, with whom you can share your skills and professionalism to enhance the whole sector. I take this opportunity to wish you much joy and great success in your futures and in all your activities.
The International Federation of Pastry, Ice-Cream and Chocolate arose with the intention of collaborating will all existing associations, wholesalers, professional academies, hoteling schools and all professionals (without exception)who, like us, wish to strengthen Italian manufacturing.
